My name is Stephanie, and I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 25. It isn’t easy to navigate life with this condition, but it has profoundly shaped me. Shortly after my diagnosis, I met the love of my life, who is now my husband. I became a stepmom to three wonderful children, and we recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl.
Becoming a step-parent was both unexpected and beautiful. Step-parenting presents its own unique set of challenges. Building trust and relationships takes time, but the rewards are immense. The moments of joy, growth, and connection make it all worth it.
